  1. Start with a clear mind: As soon as we start our meditation,start with deep breaths…after few breaths just try to let go negativite thoughts that are digging deep down into your mind which will help you tobe more prsenr in the current time and get the most out of it.
  2. Find a comfortable position: Where-ever you siteither it’s in a chair, on the floor, or even lie down, make sure you’re comfortable so you can focus on your meditation.
  3. Set a timer: Having a timer helps to keep you from worrying about how long the session is taking and allows you to focus solely on your breathing and relaxation. A 10-minute timer is ideal for beginners.
  4. Focus on your breath: Once you’ve started your timer, begin focusing on your breath. Inhale deeply through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth. Continue doing this for the duration of the meditation.
  5. Let go of thoughts: As soon as you notice your mind wandering off into thoughts, gently bring it back to focusing on your breath. It’s normal for thoughts to arise during meditation, but don’t get attached to them – just let them pass by like clouds in the sky.
  6. Finish with gratitude: When your timer goes off, take a few deep breaths and then spend a minute or two reflecting on everything that you’re grateful for in life. This will help to ground you before moving on
